Working with IT Manager and USPI IT Support staff to notify and coordinate installations with Vendor personnel when adding new devices (purchased workstations, servers, and archives etc., supplied by Vendor), moving or removing vendor supplied hardware, adding new purchased workstation licenses, database license, DICOM license, RIS interface license, when move/changes to modalities, connections and software/hardware updates are being made to include etc. Adding/Changing/Deleting users on PACS server and PenRad, including putting new users into appropriate user groups, granting appropriate permissions, changing user’s profiles, deleting users; maintaining appropriate documentation for all PACS user management functions.
