Contractor will be trained on Indiana's I-LEAD record keeping system, IPLA & MOL license tracking system, and will work closely with field assessors and compliance specialists to ensure risk assessments, audits, licensee documents, and inspections are appropriately documented in those systems. Reporting directly to the program manager, this contractor will work with staff to ensure they have equipment and supplies needed to conduct field work, review and process license applications, organize and digitize license and monitoring records, and assist in addressing inquiries from licensees and the general public.
