Key Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and provide timely, professional support to customers regarding repair status, shipping, and general inquiries • Document customer interactions and update order details in internal systems • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer questions and issues • Support shipping functions, including preparing and tracking outgoing and incoming packages • Maintain accurate data entry and ensure order information is up to date.
