Key Responsibilities: Perform blood draws and process clinical specimens accurately and safely Ensure proper labeling, handling, and documentation of samples Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Explain procedures to patients and ensure a positive patient experience Follow established lab protocols and supervisor instructions Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (required) Strong venipuncture skills (pediatric & geriatric preferred) Basic data entry and keyboard skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime/on-call shifts Phlebotomy certification or medical training preferred (required in some states) Phlebotomist / Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) Location: Ormond Beach, FL Shift: Wed–Fri 6:00 AM–3:30 PM, Sat 6:00 AM–12:00 PM (Eastern) Duration: 3+ months Role Summary: Phlebotomist / PSR I serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and reassuring experience while performing accurate blood specimen collection and processing for lab testing.
