Key Accountabilities + Serve as clinical guidance and on-site point person for sonographers + Provide day-to-day supervision of MFM sonographers, including performance oversight, workflow accountability, and input into formal performance evaluations in coordination with Clinic Manager + Performs detailed maternal fetal ultrasound assessment, including functional assessments + Performs basic and detailed obstetrical ultrasound examinations in all three trimesters, including transvaginal and transabdominal scanning + Able to perform specialty ultrasound exams such as twin to twin transfusion evaluations and cardiac assessment + Provides guidance for in and outpatient fetal procedures (such as shunt placement, IUT, fetal surgery) + Maintain and support regional site accreditation and compliance + Assess prenatal and postnatal studies to meet AIUM QI requirements + Support the development of, update, and implement scanning protocols + Assist with onboarding and training new sonographers and staff **Required Education and Experience** High school diploma or equivalent experience.
