This position performs functions in regards to: Communications with patients, family and providers, facilitation of patient care & flow between different Regions departments and/or outside providers, processing of laboratory tests and assessment of results, documenting patient care and ensuring that the results are properly filed, operating multiple hospital computer systems, performing basic order entry, assisting physicians, nurses, radiology technologists in the Radiology Department, front desk reception & clerical support and also performs various related support duties as assigned. Ability to collect blood samples through capillary or venipuncture techniques and accurately process specimens for lab testing.
