Minimum of ONE (1+) years of experience in affordable housing finance, real estate lending, underwriting, LIHTC development, housing finance agency programs, community development finance, or public-sector housing program administration, including experience evaluating affordable housing transactions and financial feasibility. What You Will Do: Guidehouse works with state and local housing agencies, public housing authorities, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and other mission‑driven clients to design, implement, and improve affordable housing programs.
