- Leverage multiple systems and tools to prioritize and review files for completion and accuracy, including analyzing documentation.
p>The TPO Mortgage Loan Coordinator II performs loan processing functions for mortgage and/or home equity loans (including data entry, filing, document preparation, auditing, fee balancing and quality assurance) and ensures that all processing is in compliance with mortgage rules and regulations and Fannie Mae guidelines. Serves as a point of contact for Partner Loan Officer and Partner Loan Processor, providing updates on loan status, answering questions, and communicating required documentation or conditions for loan approval.
li>Prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on the documents; communicate directly with the Loan Originator, customer, and Underwriter to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.

- Lead team in negotiating participation, pricing and terms and conditions for large/critical clients;
- Take ownership of large/critical accounts/clients and will have ultimate responsibility for accounts within the team;
- Lead and manage a team, including training and development and act as the referral point for other underwriters; and.
