In this role, you will collaborate with product, underwriting, actuarial, claims, technology, and distribution teams, as well as external partners, to research market needs, develop innovative coverage solutions, and implement product enhancements. As a member of the Personal Lines & Ag Product team, you will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and managing property and casualty insurance products for customers and target markets to support company growth and profitability.
