The position provides technical direction for equipment and tooling design, development, and validation; evaluates materials; prepares specifications, repair procedures, and technician instructions; conducts process studies, investigations, root cause analysis, and problem solving; and develops technical reports and presentations. This role provides engineering support for service and repair operations for robotics, power tools, and capital equipment with responsibilities for process development, tooling, workflow optimization, continuous improvement, and other activities that improve repair quality, efficiency, and reliability.
