Diagnose and perform hands-on repair/maintenance of the following: major appliances, HVAC, intermediate plumbing and electricity, sheet rock, carpentry, pest control, roof and gutter repairs, wallpaper/painting, landscaping, and any other type of repair work or grounds keeping work needed in their area. Demonstrated ability in negotiating contracts, evaluating and selecting vendors, managing budgets and performing mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
