The Dean serves as the College''s designated Transfer Liaison pursuant to state requirements and is responsible for leading transfer and co-enrollment initiatives, developing and maintaining university partnerships, overseeing pathway mapping and articulation efforts, directing transfer-related grants and budgets, improving transfer systems and processes, and ensuring alignment with HB 8 outcomes and institutional priorities. The Dean collaborates closely with Academic Affairs, Student Services, Institutional Research & Data Science, Marketing, and university partners to improve student transfer, bachelor''s degree attainment, and workforce outcomes.
