Assists the physician in performing advanced endoscopic procedures performed on high acuity patients including but not limited to: Grade Ill Complex ERCP procedures, SPYGiass (cholangioscopy), complex endomucosal resection, Sphincter of Oddi manometry and pancreatic endotherapy (stenting), Ultrasound-guided interventions, and Peroral endoscopic myotomy procedures, double balloon enteroscopies, endosuturing, Cystgastroscopy (irrigation and removal of necrotic tissue resulting from pancreatic pseudocyst), ESD (endoscopic submucosal dissection), Endoscopic Vac therapy, Overstitch (Endoscopic Suturing). Experience = Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)-AAMA preferred or CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred or Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT) preferred, GI certification or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Operating Room Surgical Technologist (CORST) preferred.
