Manage patients in our virtual observation unit, to include management of acute-on-chronic exacerbations of disease, adhering to evidence-based practice, thoughtfully incorporating what matters most to patients/families, providing in-depth medication review/ deprescribing and ensuring optimal clinical outcomes. Forward-thinking, innovative, clinically outstanding board-certified physician with at least 3 years post-residency experience in any of the following fields: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care.
