In this role, working under the supervision of a Provider or nurse, you're the steady presence behind the scenes and at the bedside: prepping charts and rooms, taking vitals, assisting with procedures, and making sure every patient's visit runs safely and on time. In this role it means treating every patient with patience and respect during vitals, procedures, and waiting-room moments alike, explaining Provider instructions clearly, and responding calmly and compassionately in a medical emergency.
