Daily tasks include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, assisting with medical procedures, administering injections and medications, verifying and updating patient medical records for completeness, refilling medications, notifying patients of test results, and other assigned duties within the CMA scope of practice. Clinics and services provided include family medicine, internal medicine, a geriatric nurse practitioner program, home health and hospice, physical therapy, orthopedics, general surgery, pediatrics, women’s health, and urgent care.
