This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role responsible for a major part of our product organization, leading a team of one Senior Director and three Directors, and partnering directly with Engineering, Product, Security Research, and Go-to-Market executives to shape the future of the platform. This role sits at the center of two disciplines that are often led separately - platform architecture and product design - and requires a leader who can move fluidly between technical strategy (multi-tenancy, RBAC, sovereignty, FedRAMP, API architecture) and design strategy (research, design systems, and AI-driven UX transformation), unifying both into a single coherent product vision.
