Basic Purpose:Performs design work for electric and/or gas new construction, capital maintenance or system improvements – which includes but not limited to project initiation, preparation of new improvement designs, cost estimates and contracts. Serves as the central point of contact for internal and external customers such as developers, contractors, engineering firms, local agencies and utilities from the inception to the completion of the assigned projects.
