Specialized Skills (e.g., typing, computers, software, tools and equipment uses, etc.): Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, including the ability to present to executives, lenders, investors, and rating agencies; proficient PC skills with treasury workstation experience a plus; strong financial analytical and modeling skills; working knowledge of credit rating methodologies and RUS/federal financing and covenant requirements; and a high level of expertise in dealing with financial markets, investments and debt instruments. Directs debt issuance across cooperative lenders, commercial bank facilities, and private placements with institutional investors, and serves as a primary point of contact for lenders, investors, and the three major credit rating agencies in support of a strong investment-grade credit rating.
