CapEx Strategy & Management: Develop, recommend, and manage facilities-, construction-, and utilities-related CapEx requirements, including project scope, user and technical requirements, solution alternatives, cost estimates, business cases, annual budgets, forecasts, sourcing inputs, expenditure tracking, and change control. Own the master schedule, milestones, cost forecast, budget variances, project risks, contractor safety and performance, change orders, punch lists, acceptance criteria, and closeout documentation to ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with agreed scope, technical requirements, budget, quality, safety, and compliance commitments.
