Summary: Under the direction of their assigned Supervisor, the Utility Maintenance Specialist 2 will assist in the maintenance, construction, repair, and installation of wastewater treatment plants, sewer collection lines, lift stations, water distribution systems, well pumps, and all other sewer and water infrastructure; Essential Job Functions: Essential duties are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills. This includes construction sites, open and empty land, wooded areas, both urban and rural roads, drainage and muddy/swampy areas, hot, humid, cold, and wet conditions that are consistent with outdoor projects.
