Monitors project development with all involved department representatives, project managers, and liaisons to ensure projects remain on track in terms of budget and schedule to include quality assurance reviews on schedules (including major activities, durations, milestones, critical path, and dependencies) Provide effective direction, control, and management over key engineering functions, including infrastructure and utilities engineering, water & wastewater engineering, floodplain management, transportation engineering, construction management, and development review. Prepares plans and specifications; prepares and/or reviews construction documents, cost estimates, plats, and easements; performs and/or reviews hydraulic modeling and analysis of existing and future infrastructure, and other submittals by engineering consultants and internal staff for completeness and correctness.
