This person must be exceptionally organized and able to manage a high volume of assets, build and maintain detailed trackers, help develop scalable workflows, identify missing elements, and proactively follow up with internal teams and external vendors. On any given day, this person may update trackers across multiple titles, review upcoming milestones, confirm that vendors and localization partners have received the correct materials, follow up on missing elements, coordinate approvals, and QC final assets before delivery.
