This position is embedded within the Asset Management organization but works cross-functionally across Commercial Billing, Finance Operations, Legal, Service Operations, and product/systems teams to design, implement, and continuously improve the processes that enable Asset Managers to effectively manage Tesla's growing portfolio of Commercial PV and Industrial Storage assets. Design, document, and own end-to-end operational processes for the Energy Asset Management team, covering the full project lifecycle - from customer onboarding through contract renewals, amendments, terminations, decommissioning, and billing.
