Position Overview : The Crew Member, Columns/Signs travels across the country performing repair, remediation, reinforcement, and maintenance work on retail structures, including I-beams, structural steel, retail signs, sign supports, bases, mounting systems, and related components commonly found at retail facilities. The position also requires strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document field conditions, work performed, materials used, deficiencies identified, and completed repairs through written reports, photographs, measurements, and electronic documentation.
