Outlining the initial design concepts for substations and overseeing the review or creation of detailed designs, which cover layouts, elevations, single-line diagrams, ground grid design, lightning protection, both DC and AC control schematics, wiring connections, cable schedules, and the organization of raceways, such as cable trays, duct banks, and trenches, alongside a comprehensive bill of materials. Experience with different aspects of detailed electrical design related to generation, transmission, and distribution, including substations for solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems, their integration into the electrical grid, underground distribution systems, industrial electrical plant applications, and communications technologies.
