The role also involves assisting in performing flow tests and pressure monitoring equipment, entering manholes, sewer pipes, meter vaults, and other confined spaces, assisting the collection system inspector in evaluating the collection system for Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) as well as structural integrity, assisting in the operation of sewer video inspection and related equipment, measuring the depth and sizes of manholes and pipes, and operating heavy machinery such as rubber tire back-hoe/loader, bush hog, dump trucks, sewer jet/vacuum truck/equipment, and vehicles.
