Fieldwork involves performing physically demanding tasks and working 10-hour days (typically five (5) 10-hour days per week), potentially in adverse field conditions (cold, hot, high wind, dusty environment, rough terrain) in remote locations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be able to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle tools and controls; operate vehicles and equipment, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, ascend and descend equipment, balance, stoop, kneel, see and distinguish colors, talk, hear.
