Must demonstrate competency within the first six months of hire in performing at least THREE of the following ECHO and/or Vascular exams: 3-D, Strain, Exercise Stress Echocardiography, Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography, TAVR, Mitral Clip, Complex Valve, Watchman, Post Processing, Contrast Studies, Agitated Saline Studies, Transesophageal (TEE), Surgical TEE, Simple Cardiac Shunts, Venous Insufficiency, Visceral, Segmental Physiology Upper Extremity, Access Grafts, Hemodialysis Access, Venous Ablation Procedures, Ultrasound Guidance, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Temporal Artery, or Transcranial Imaging. • May be required to assist with intravenous (IV) insertion and removal for the administration of diagnostic contrast medication if pertinent to department Qualifications Education/Training Depending on assigned department, meets education/training as required under established current American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) guidelines.
