Examples of specialized experience include: Knowledge of the wide range of policies, procedures, methods, regulations, instructions, and other guidance and precedent related to Vehicle Control, Vehicle Maintenance, and Fleet Management; Knowledge of departmental policy guidance, regulations, instructions, directives and fleet management training tools related to fleet maintenance for the purpose of managing motor vehicles using prescribed automated systems in accordance with federal statutes and local policies, to include analysis and report functions; Knowledge and skill in planning, scheduling, monitoring and analyzing vehicle maintenance and skill utilizing report functions to ensure the effective and efficient management of motor vehicle assets. D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., in a related Major study - accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, nautical science, marine affairs, marine engineering, marine transportation, or other fields related to the position.
