Work with Maintenance Manager to provide daily communications to operations on available trucks and trucks out of service for repair and other operational needs. The time working on 2nd shift will be directly leading the team during daily work orders, preventative maintenance and all items related to team and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in residential maintenance (lead or supervisory role is required), experience with unit turns, appliance repairs, plumbing issues, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self-motivated, be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient.
li>Schedules and prioritizes all work orders; ensures timely completion and follow up; complete all work orders within 48 hours, communicates directly with residents when parts must be ordered causing the completion of the requested work to be delayed.
