Maintain ownership and accuracy of asset, vehicle, and contact data within the Fleet Management System (FMS) to ensure effective automated push notifications for scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and defect resolution; promptly address and resolve system or communication issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Receive breakdown calls from Drivers and provide repair facilities to take the equipment to.
- Coordinate with repair shops and roadside services to minimize downtime for customer loads and drivers.

Position overview:
The Maintenance Program Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous improvement of fleet‑wide maintenance programs across the renewable operating portfolio (wind, solar, and battery energy storage). This role partners closely with Site Operations, Operations Support Systems, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Procurement, and other internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely, consistently, cost‑effectively, and in alignment with regulatory, contractual, and reliability objectives.
