p>Required Qualifications: • Pass a background check and drug screen • Valid driver's license and good driving record • Valid CT Safe Boating License • At least 18 years of age • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to utilize a tablet and the Fleetio software • Vision adequate to read / manipulate handheld computer tablets • Highly effective communication skills and friendly customer service • Must be a self-starter and capable of working unsupervised • Maintain a clean work area • Adhere to all safety policies • Maintain a cooperative, team attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees. Working Conditions: • Work outdoors and in various weather conditions for an extended period of time • Work in a marina setting on docks that may be fixed or floating • Work near and on the water • Safely move on, off and in vessels during various tide and weather conditions • Work outside in the state's elements and stand for an extended period of time • Reliable transportation required • Local travel required • Mileage reimbursement provided.
