Ideally, at a consumer app, fintech, or growth-stage startup Proven track record producing video, static, and motion ad creative that drives measurable results across paid social, programmatic, and other acquisition channels A strategic and experimental mindset with an ability to leverage data and insights to brainstorm ideas, make decisions, and drive growth A portfolio showcasing your work, process, and proficiency in delivering compelling creative ads and/or products Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design and video editing tools; familiarity with HTML5 or motion/animation tools is a plus Experience sourcing and collaborating with UGC creators and influencers, from identifying and briefing talent to managing through delivery and editing final assets Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work autonomously, and hungry to solve difficult problems Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals . Identify, test, and iterate on new content formats and campaign approaches, designing structured experiments across messaging, format, and audience to continuously improve performance and scale what works.
