Reporting to the BD Manager, support day-to-day data entry, cleanup, and analytics work across Zoho CRM, Google Drive, and BD content libraries, contributing independent analysis and feedback on implementation approaches, while supporting pipeline research, proposal coordination, and capture activities. You’ll work alongside the BD Manager, Proposal Manager, capture managers, pricing specialist, and senior leadership to support the migration and maintenance of BD systems, build reusable proposal content libraries, and bring structure and discipline to OCT’s pipeline data and shared drives.
