Working in close partnership with physician, operational, informatics, and technology leaders, the ANO is responsible for advancing innovative virtual care models that improve patient outcomes, enhance the patient and family experience, support nursing workforce sustainability, and optimize care delivery. The ANO leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of virtual nursing programs, telehealth-enabled inpatient services, remote patient monitoring initiatives, and emerging digital care models.
