Reporting to the Mental Health Manager, the position works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, behavioral health professionals, clinic leadership, patients, families, and community partners to support the emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs of patients receiving care through the Adult and Pediatric Health Care Clinic, General Pediatrics, Adolescent Medicine, and Pediatric Specialty Clinics. The Department of Pediatrics advances child health through comprehensive pediatric and subspecialty care, innovative clinical and basic science research, and excellence in academic medicine, improving outcomes for children and families across eastern North Carolina.
