Completes a comprehensive nursing assessment including but not limited to physical, functional, psychosocial, emotional, cognitive, sexual, cultural, age related, environmental, spiritual, transpersonal, and economic factors in a systematic and ongoing process while honoring the uniqueness of the patient. Complete and maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation reflecting the assessment, examination, diagnosis, prognosis, plan of care, education intervention, and evaluation according to Federal, Department of Health and The Joint Commission requirements.
