Shall assist in the management and execution of assigned level of Human Resources Support which includes but not limited to Essential Personnel Services, Promotions, Military Transfers and Discharges, Leaves and Passes, Military Pay, Officers Accessions, Records Review, Statement of Serves, Suspension of Favorable Actions, Unit Commanders Finance Reports, Reports listed in the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army User Guidance and Personnel Actions. Shall assist in the management of HR Programs such as Total Army Sponsorship, Army Personnel Disaster Accountability and Assessment, Commander’s Hip Pocket Green to Gold, Meal Entitlement Management, Civilian Clothing Allowance, Assignment Incentive Pay, Special Duty Assignment Pay, Line of Duty Investigations and Army Voting Assistance Program.
