Summary : Travis Credit Union’s (TCU) Branch Services & Cash Operations Management is responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and continuous improvement of ATM services, branch technology platforms, self-service channels, and cash management operations. Oversees the planning, deployment, maintenance, performance, and lifecycle management of branch technology, including but not limited to branch hardware (ATM, cash advance machines, scanners, kiosks, iPads, cash recyclers, concierge devices) and connectivity to ensure optimal uptime and workflow efficiency.
