p>3+ years' experience at a digital agency A strong portfolio demonstrating quality work across digital media - including responsive web, mobile, and app design Expert-level proficiency with Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite Deep understanding of interaction design, branding, digital marketing, and the end-to-end creative process Proven experience with mobile-first, responsive design across devices and platforms Familiarity with front-end technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, data visualization - enough to design with development realities in mind A natural ability to absorb feedback, self-direct, and iterate with purpose Bachelors degree in design or a related field preferred; formal design training highly valued. Partner with UX designers, interaction designers, strategists, and developers to define creative direction and deliver outstanding digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
