You will build a risk-based, globally consistent physical security program that supports Marvell’s business strategy and reflects the complexity of a global semiconductor company operating across corporate offices, engineering sites, labs, customer-facing locations, and high-value technology environments. Lead the development of workplace security programs covering access control, visitor management, CCTV / video surveillance, intrusion detection, alarms, badge governance, lobby security, mail and package screening, parking, perimeter protection, and sensitive-area controls.
