Oversee and ensure successful completion of Daily & Weekly Reporting, Month-End Close, Monthly Forecast, CAPEX Planning & Spend, Annual Operating Plan, Client Deliverables, A/P, A/R, Cash & Banking, and assigned Tax & Compliance tasks, for all assigned properties. Travel monthly to assigned locations, to better understand operations, build and sustain relationships, and provide visibility/face time/support, including meeting with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure contract compliance and deliverables.
