Working closely with the Head Rowing Coach, the Associate Head Coach will play a key leadership role in developing the program, organizing daily practices, designing training programs, preparing the team for regattas, assisting with equipment logistics and maintenance, and reinforcing the Schools commitment to academic excellence, sportsmanship, and Quaker values. Sidwell Friends School, a coeducational Quaker day school, seeks a dedicated, dynamic, and experienced, part-time Associate Head Coach for Girls Crew to help lead, develop, and inspire student-athletes within our competitive rowing program.
