The ideal candidate will possess previous bookkeeping experience including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper</strong></p><ul><li>Accounts Payable processing including invoice entry and weekly check-runs Accounts Receivable processing including billing and collections, cash deposits and application</li><li>Prepare Journal Entries and Balance Sheet account reconciliations</li><li>Assist with preparing and processing of weekly payroll and payroll tax reporting.</li><li>Assist with answering phones and administrative duties within this small business office.</li><li>Perform other duties assigned.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Requirements of the Bookkeeper</strong></li><li>Previous bookkeeping experience</li><li>Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.</li><li>Multi-tasking skills</li><li>Strong Communication skills</li><li>Analytical & Problem Solving abilities</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines with little supervision</li><li>Experience with Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks) is recommended.</li></ul><p>Pay Range is $20.00-24.00 based on experience</p></div></div><div><p>Job Type: Full-time</p></div><div><p>Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour</p></div><div><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Day shift</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p></div></div></div>
