Key responsibilities include reviewing monthly financial packages; analyzing variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year results; validating general ledger activity and balance sheet accounts; monitoring cash flow, receivables, payables, reserves, and capital activity; and helping ensure compliance with budgets, management agreements, and internal controls. In this role, you help uphold the quality, integrity, and discipline of property-level financial oversight by maintaining a strong financial review framework, ensuring alignment with budgets and governing agreements, identifying risks and discrepancies, and supporting informed operational and investment decision-making in partnership with Owner's Representation.
