The Premier Banking Officer position is a hands-on role, responsible for generating new business opportunities with a focus on gathering new deposits, adding new customers, and identifying, developing, and generating new small business deposit, and revenue opportunities. Maintains and continuously expands the knowledge base of competitor activity within the market area through site visits, literature reviews, social media reviews, and networking; prepares reporting of these activities to Bluestone’s management team, as requested.
