Develop local relationships with workforce agencies, trades organizations, subcontractors, nonprofits, and educational institutions to identify partnership opportunities, bolster workforce development recruitment, and identify meaningful opportunities for the project team to support the community. Serve as a bridge between the community and our jobsites, supporting individuals from various backgrounds, including local high school graduates, as they navigate training, onboarding, and initial placement phases of their construction careers.
