Specialized experience is defined as experience providing clerical support in an office setting, including managing front desk or general office operations (e.g., answering phones, assisting visitors, and handling mail); reviewing documents for accuracy and assisting with processing forms or requests; maintaining files and records; and utilizing automated software to prepare documents, reports, correspondence, and other related materials.
