Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a Subject Matter Expert and play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer has an experience that’s the best in pests. You will field incoming requests, schedule service visits and maintain efficient routes that reduce drive time for Orkin Pros. As a Home Services Inspector, you’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. By performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, you’ll be able to solve problems and build trusted relationships ensuring homes and families are protected.
